2. Auto-Renewal

• All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.
• By maintaining an active subscription, you authorize Peaxcel to charge the same payment method for renewal fees.

3. Payment Terms

• Fees are payable in advance through accepted payment methods (credit/debit card, bank transfer, or electronic gateways).
• All prices are denominated and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).
• Any bank fees, currency conversion charges, or transfer costs are borne solely by the client.
• Failure to complete payment on time may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of services.

4. Plan Upgrades and Deletion

• Clients may upgrade or delete their subscription at any time.
• When upgrading, unused credits from the previous plan will carry over to the new plan.
• Deletion will take effect at the next billing cycle, without a refund of prior payments.

5. Extra Credits

• Clients may purchase extra AI credits at any time for additional usage capacity.
• Extra credits expire upon termination or expiration of the active subscription period.
• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

6. Pricing Changes

Peaxcel reserves the right to revise subscription pricing or credit structures with reasonable prior notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

7. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, except in cases of double billing, technical error, or as otherwise required by law.

Liability

Upon termination, the client may request, in writing, a copy of their stored data within 7 days of account cancellation, before such data is deleted from Peaxcel’s systems in accordance with privacy and data protection policies.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Lebanese laws. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut, Lebanon.
